No, what we mean by “random” is just that the pair you get will be weird and crazy and unexpected. That doesn’t mean they’re definitely going to match, though. Because they might not. That’s just not what we mean by random.
Besides being made out of a heartfelt desire to improve the world one foot at a time, the composition of our socks is 75% combed cotton, 20% polyester, 5% spandex, 2.4% natural and artificial flavors, 1.7% laughter, and the last twinkle of a distant dying star.
We currently offer two general sizes, one for women and one for men. The women’s socks will fit a women’s shoe size 5-10 and the men’s socks will fit up to a men’s 12. Our socks are super stretchy and fit a wide variety of feet. BUT if you get some that don’t fit, just send them back to us and we’ll replace them. Get more specific instructions in our returns policy.
A lot of the socks we design are gender specific, but if we come up something that works well for both men and women, we'll send it out to everybody. So sometimes you might get the same socks as someone of a different gender.
But we like to think maybe there's a guy or girl our there somewhere who's been waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike up a conversation with a certain special someone. Then maybe one day they realize they wore the same pair of Foot Cardigans and awkwardly introduce themselves and talk about how they both love weird socks. Then they laugh and accidentally touch hands and get that fluttery stomach feeling as they briefly make eye contact and do you maybe wanna get coffee somtime? Yeah, I'd love to! Cool.
We process new subscriptions right away, so when you first sign up you’ll get your socks within 4 to 6 days.
We try to send your socks on the same day of the month that you first signed up. But if we have a week with a bunch of subscriptions, we may send them all at once. Basically, you’ll get your socks around the same time every month, plus or minus a few days. See our shipping and delivery policy to learn more.
Of course! You can choose to pay monthly and send them socks every month for as long as you want to keep paying, or you can pay once and just send them socks every month for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. OR you can buy a double subscription—one for you and one for them—and save a dollar a month! THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS. (Actually, there are just three possibilities.)

Yes! We offer international shipping! A cause for celebration around the world. Shipping to Mexico is $4.50 USD, everywhere else that isn't the USA is $6.50 USD.
The easiest way to update your billing information is to click on the link at the very top of your email receipt you received when you purchased your sock subscription. This is also the very same email that comes to your inbox every month. Just look for the blue text hyperlink that says "click here to update your billing information" and click there! Then you will need to enter the email address and password associated with your account.

If a "Pay Monthly" subscripton costs $9 a month, then 12 months of socks would cost $108. But a 12 month "Pay Once" subscription costs $121? What gives?
This is an awesome question and you are a genius for even asking it. So great job. The answer is "because shipping." A "Pay Monthly" subscription costs $9 a month plus $2 shipping so it’s really $11 a month, which is the same as all the "Pay Once" prices (minus the month you get for free with the 12-month one). With a "Pay Once" subscription you pay for all the shipping up front, which makes them seem more expensive, but they're really not. But seriously. Great question.

Step 1 - From the homepage, click option Number 2 or select Pay Once from the Buy Now drop-down menu. Or just click right here.
Step 2 - If these socks are for yourself, click that option. If they're for someone else, click that option and fill out the rest of the form. Then choose the size you want and select the 3 or 6 month subscription (note: the 9 and 12 month options won't work, so make sure you choose 3 or 6). Decide whether you want us to wrap them (it will not be pretty). Then click the blue "Buy Now" button.
Step 3 - On the next screen, you'll see a summary of your "purchase" with an order total of either $33 or $66. Do not be alarmed! Click the "Add a coupon" button and enter your Fab coupon code, then click "Update Cart". This will add a $33 or $66 discount and bring your total down to $0. Then click the blue "Checkout" button.
Step 4 - Enter your email address and decide whether you want us to save your info. Then enter your billing information and the shipping information of whoever will recieve these socks. Finally, click the blue "Complete your purchase" button and you're all done.
Basically, the shopping cart can only process one coupon per product type. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Make sure the subscription duration (3 months or 6 months) you selected on our site matches what you purchased from Fab. (Pro-tip: if your coupon code begins with FAB3, you have a 3 month subscription, if it begins with FAB6 you've got a 6 month.) If that doesn't take care of it, you may need to contact Fab, but if they're not helpful you can email us and we'll see what we can do.
